Guidelines for Using Geo-Fencing to Save a Sale (CSR’s)

For any sale that was not originally sold as a Geo-fencing package and the payment expected is:

Below $178 per month:
1. A CSR can switch to Geo with 2,000 guaranteed views and all the clubs in their city.
2. If client balks at this (and we must hear client say no) then CSR can offer up to 4,000 guaranteed views or an additional targeting group. Selling agent will loose sale in most if not all situations.

Between $179 and $299 per month:
1. CSR can add one more targeting group.
2. If client balks at this (and we must hear client say no) then CSR can offer up to an additional two targeting groups. Selling agent will loose sale in most if not all situations.

Above $299 per month:
1. CSR can switch to Geo with 8,000 guaranteed views and all the clubs in their city or metro area
2. If client balks at this (and we must hear client say no) then CSR can offer up to 10,000 guaranteed views or an additional 4 targeting groups. Selling agent will loose sale in most if not all situations.

For each of these options, the CSR will cancel the previous sale and create a new Geo-fencing sale.  The CSR has the option to remove any services that was purchased in the previous sale or leave them intact (i.e. web listing)

Above $299 per month:
1. CSR can add up to 6 more target groups.
2. If client balks at this (and we must hear client say no) then CSR can offer up to 8,000 ADDITIONAL guaranteed views PLUS 6 additional targeting groups. Selling agent will loose sale in most if not all situations.

If we have a client want to cancel a larger package….i.e. $9,000 per month – that will need to be handled on a case by case basis.
